Methodology
Universe. U.S.-listed companies covered by the InvestLog company-facts pipeline — i.e. companies that file with the SEC under XBRL and that we already pull fundamentals for. Multi-class listings (e.g. GOOG/GOOGL, BRK‑A/BRK‑B) are collapsed to one entry per CIK and link to the canonical ticker.
Earnings dates. Pulled from each ticker's cached analyst calendar feed. Confirmed dates are shown without a badge; estimated dates carry an est. badge.
EPS consensus and growth. Pulled from the next-quarter analyst trend block: mean analyst EPS estimate, low/high of the analyst range, the number of contributing analysts, and the same-quarter EPS one year earlier. Growth is the consensus EPS divided by the year-ago EPS, displayed as a percentage. When the year-ago EPS was negative or near-zero the growth percentage can be very large — that's a quirk of the math, not an error.
"Today" and the next trading day. Both labels are computed in America/New_York. If today is a weekend or a NYSE holiday, the page shows the next NYSE trading day instead, labelled "Next business day". Holidays come from our market-hours data.
Dates & consensus as of 2026-04-27. Source data refreshes roughly every two weeks per ticker (sooner when an earnings release is within the next 7 days).
